Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement covers purchases made on planeteast.co. It is between you and DM Studios AB, a company registered in Sweden at Von Rosens Väg 54, 213 68 Malmö, Sweden.

It sits alongside the Terms of Use, which govern your account and what your licence lets you do, and the Privacy Policy. Where this agreement and the Terms of Use differ on a purchase, this agreement applies.

We sell two different things, and they behave differently:

• A subscription— recurring access to the catalogue, billed monthly or yearly, letting you download full tracks and individual loops within your plan's daily allowance and licence scope.
• A one-time purchase — a loop bundle, a project template, or an individual track bought outright. These are not part of a subscription and stay in your account permanently.

Everything we supply is digital content delivered by download. Nothing physical is shipped. What each plan includes is set out on the pricing page and in the FAQ.

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount payable — we do not add VAT, handling or any other charge on top of it.

Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee. That is between you and them; we neither set nor receive it.

Payment is taken by card through Stripe at the moment you complete checkout. Subscriptions then renew automatically at the same interval until you cancel. We do not receive or store your full card number.

The contract is formed when your payment is accepted and we confirm your order by email.

Access is immediate. As soon as payment is confirmed, your account is upgraded and you can download straight away — there is no waiting period and no delivery date to arrange.

Each download arrives as a ZIP containing the audio and a licence certificate PDF issued in your name. If a download fails or a file is missing, email support@planeteast.co and we will re-issue it.

If you are a consumer, the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) gives you 14 days to withdraw from this contract, counted from the day it was concluded. You do not need to give a reason.

To withdraw, email support@planeteast.co with your name, order reference and the date of purchase, and say clearly that you are withdrawing. You may use the standard withdrawal form published by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket), but you do not have to — a plain email is enough. Sending it before the 14 days are up is sufficient, even if it reaches us afterwards.

We refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you paid with, at no cost to you.

Withdrawing ends your licence to anything downloaded under the withdrawn purchase. You must stop using those tracks and remove them from work that has not yet been published.

Separately from the 14-day right above, you can cancel a subscription at any point from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately and we refund the unused part of the period you have already paid for, calculated pro rata.

Cancelling does not invalidate licences you have already been issued. Tracks downloaded while your subscription was active stay licensed for the projects you used them in, and one-time purchases are unaffected.

If content is faulty, does not match its description, or does not work as it should, tell us at support@planeteast.co. You have the remedies the Swedish Sale of Goods to Consumers legislation gives you: we will fix or replace it, and where that is not possible you can ask for a price reduction or your money back.

Report the problem within a reasonable time of noticing it. Two months is always reasonable.

If a licence certificate is not enough to clear a copyright claim on your work, send us the certificate ID and we will deal with the platform directly.

We process your personal data to take payment, issue licences and run your account, as described in the Privacy Policy. Payment data is handled by Stripe.

Start with us: email support@planeteast.co, or legal@planeteast.co if the matter is contractual. Most things are resolved this way within a few days.

If we cannot agree, consumers can refer the dispute free of charge to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. We follow ARN recommendations.

Consumers anywhere in the EU can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

This agreement is governed by the law of Sweden, and the Malmö District Court (Malmö tingsrätt) has jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in the country where you live.
